We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including personalizing your experience, facilitating community interactions, and processing your requests through our AI assistant.
We do not sell your personal data. However, to provide our AI Decision Helper service, we share the specific text queries you enter with a third-party AI service provider (OpenAI). Only the text of your query is shared; no other personal identifiers like your username, email, or profile information are sent to the AI provider. This data is used solely to generate helpful recommendations and is protected under the provider's privacy and security standards.
Nuvika is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the account.
We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy towards objectionable content. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, hate speech, explicit material, or any content that violates our community standards. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend accounts without notice.
