1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nuvika application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nuvika. By using this app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be terminated immediately.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for all content you post. We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding abusive, harmful, or illegal content.

            Prohibited Content Includes:
            Harassment or bullying of other users.
Hate speech or discriminatory content.
Sexually explicit or violent imagery.
Promotion of illegal activities.

            Failure to comply with these standards will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from the platform.
        

4. AI Helper and Virtual Goods

Use of the AI Helper requires "Nuvies," our virtual currency. Nuvies can be purchased through our store. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. The AI assistant provides suggestions for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
